Stefanie Archer started Creating Space with a simple goal: to help people remove barriers and live full lives. Creating Space is a intersection of her deepest passions: organizing, supporting people, social justice, creativity, learning, teaching, and growing.

With a background in both administrative organizing and social justice organizing, she aims to contribute organizing skills to furthering the mission of social justice organizations. Her work as an office manager has sharpened her administrative and leadership skills and given her valuable experience in the daily requirements of running a small business.

Stefanie is deeply committed to economic justice, antiracism, LGBT issues, domestic violence, Girls’ and youth empowerment, and international issues. Local organizations she has worked with over the years include: City Year, NCCJ, SEIU 615 (Justice for Janitors), Girls’ LEAP, the Network/La Red, Bread of Life, and Spontaneous Celebrations.
